I switch my policies to Kari and Jennifer as I am old school and want to talk to my agents especially when things go wrong in life. I have yet to be disappointed in the past two years. They are very attentive and exceeded my standards and expectations with keeping my policies updated and following through on my request and change orders promptly. Both Jennifer and Kari have been great to work with.

Friendly, courteous and professional. We have several things insured, jet skis, pontoon, ATV, cars, however a little disappointed that they farm out our pole bar.
