Very rude. Orders parts and then returns them with no notice or call. After saying yeah I'll fix your vehicle. This was apart of the (back of the shop) the mechanics name was Steven. Same shop just a separate company/guy but still the same building . Sorry had to word that properly.
The oil change was great tho thanks. Lol

Hometown Auto is an AMAZING shop. Trust worthy, upfront, helpful, and very service driven. The staff there Mike, Doug, and Ashley are always so helpful, honest, and kind. They are the only shop review worthy. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle here. They will take care of you the Hometown way. Thank you guys so much.

Not the shop that will work with customers. It's their way or now way. So they can get paid for what they want to do not what potential customers request

This is the best auto shop! I got my oil changed and I was going to schedule a tuneup since my car had 100,000 miles. Lo and behold they did it right away so I wouldn't have to bring it back. The auto parts store promptly brought the parts. Saved me another trip! I will definitely be back! Thanks for your kindness.

I wouldn’t take my bicycle there to have the air put back in the tire. Poor poor service.

Mostly good experiences until recent overcharge for last job. I was very bothered by it esp since I thought me and the Owner MIke had established a business relationship having had 5 or more services done there not including my referrals. Went in for bad fuel pump for my work van and it was a whopping $1,350 labor/part charge for repairs which prompted me to do my own digging. Called dealership for comparison which is usually the highest costs to compare apples to apples parts/labor - $501 part/$180 per hour labor in which they told me at worst 2 hrs labor to dropped fuel tank and replace fuel pump. Worst case would have been $861.00 plus tax. That's a huge difference from what hometowns $1,350 charge. It was too late to decline the work as I approved via phone app out of good faith due to Hometown's reputation. I'm giving this review 3 stars because Mike never reached out to me after I mentioned this incident to his front office clerk which is always bad policy not to at least get a call back for being a loyal customer. In the future I won't say I wouldn't have work done here as I've grown to like his front office and staff but I would err on the side of caution before approving the charges esp at it relates to parts.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This crew has everything important to running a great shop. They are timely, have great communication, and fair pricing. They are also honest. If something isn't their specialty, they have no problem recommending a better equipped local shop for the job.
