Definitely seems like a very toxic environment. Arguing at the register. Manager does not know how to keep her cool. I think her name is Kim but I could be wrong. There's a holiday down the street, go there instead.

Never thought I’d review a gas station but the employees at this location are the best. They’re the nicest people & run a good store- doesn’t appear to be a lot of turnover. It’s so nice seeing the same people every morning when I go in for my coffee. Coffee area is always clean & their coffee is great :)

The car wash door did not open when I was about to exit. The floor treads pushed me into the door for over one minute. I actually had to call the store to have them turn off the car wash. The store gave me a fake number to claim the damage and have given me the runaround. They claim the car wash is owned by a third party and they can only give out and know limited information. Really? This is directly connected to your business and you don't care. They are a franchise. Be aware that the owner actually told me this has happened before. This franchise does not care about the customer.

Did their mid priced car wash on Thursday December 23 after filling up with gas. Line for car wash moved along real nicely. Dirt film on back window of my mid sized SUV remained visible afterwards. Also was found on rear license plate when I put on my new tabs. This is just not acceptable.

*************DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!**************** I went through it on Sunday afternoon. I recently just had all my breaks replaced and 4 brand new tires less than 6 weeks ago. I had no problems, until I pulled out of the car wash. I immediately noticed a grinding sound coming from my front drivers side wheel. It sounds like metal on metal. I drove home as it was over 100 degrees outside and I had my young children in the car. I got home and looked at my car, noticed 2 huge gouges in my hubcap as well as the metal scraping metal sound every time I hit my breaks. I called up to the store about 15-20 later. I was told by an employee that I needed to call back the next morning. I was unable to call Monday as I was extremely busy at work. So I called first thing this morning on my break to speak to the manager and file a complaint. I was then told that I called the wrong store on Sunday (I called the store across the street, and spoke a a Sammie and she said to call back Monday morning and speak to her store manager Sam) and that they would have handled it differently. In the next breath the manager Nikki then told me because I waited over 24 hours to call back there was nothing she could do. She said she would have had me come back up there to file an incident report. I explained that my car is no longer drivable and I will be having to get it towed to a mechanic just for them to look at it. She then proceeded to tell me that it couldn’t have been the car wash they ruined my car. I again explained that there was no issues to my car prior to me entering the car wash. And after all of that, my car wasn’t even clean! I wasted 13.00 on a car wash that didn’t even clean my car and is now going to end up costing me a couple of hundred of dollars in repairs/tow fees. If you want your car clean and not damaged go somewhere else!!!******* DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!!

STOP! DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!! IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!...I took my brand new car to this wash a few weeks ago and it broke the driver side mirror and also scratched and dented that door very badly. The owner of the wash would not accept responsibility for the scratches or dent even though I made the claim immediately after and took pictures. The damage quote was a $1500 and he refuses to file the claim as he was at fault since it his equipment. Sketchy business. Stay away for your car’s safety!!!!
