They ask collector prices on retro games but aim to high with the price especially if it's not CiB...

For a place called "Half-Price Books," the actual prices can get surprisingly high, especially on things known to be popular with collectors and resellers. Better off going to a Goodwill or yard sale a lot of the time if you want a good find for a reasonable price.
