2nd time I've had my nails done the first time it was dirty but at least my nails came out nice this time it was so gross and my nails look HORRIBLE! I guess you really get what you pay for. The one lady had her feet on the nail station. Where I was getting my nails done she used a dirty towel with nail polish and old acrylic beads from someone else. The lotion they use isn't what's labeled the bottle said body wash and I just can't express enough how bad my nails are they are lumpy uneven and just a mess it wasn't even worth asking them to fix. There's dust and dirt everywhere you look. I really hope they clean it up and try harder they were nice ladies but that's about all I can say. I asked for chrome nails she didn't do it right they tried to fix it until I finally said it's whatever and still charged me for the chrome.

I went there for years until Thao left. The last 2 times I went the lady that did my pedicure cut a nail so short it bled. It hurt for a week. The next time I went the same lady scalded my foot with too hot water when she rinsed my foot. The salon is dirty and they don’t take their time to do a good job. Go to a more upscale salon and get better service!

I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years and LuAnn is amazing. I’m never disappointed and she massage’s my hands and arms when she’s done. I always get a Pedi before vacations and Rachel is the best aside from LuAnn. The best prices around too! Highly recommend!Services: Pedicure

Enjoyed the whole experience, I usually view this as a chore, but was very relaxed. Pedicure for very fugly feet is night and day...Rachael didn't seem like she wanted to run away and incredibly sweet thoughtful knowledgeable helpful and gave gentle tips for healthy skin even I can do, Rachael joked and laughed with me as if it wasn't the chore I knew it was. Only wish I had done before and after pictures

Walked in and told they were busy. Asked me to come back at 2pm and I did. No greetings or acknowledgement. After more than 5 minutes, she told me they still busy and if I wanted to come back. Ride. Will not recommend.Services: Pedicure
