What l love about Fedex is that they weren't able to do my project, but they recommended another shop that might be able to handle it. I appreciate that kind of service.

Lucas is the worst customer service you can get. Worst attitude, belittles people, snotty, treats customers as though your inconvenience him, will have a full on argument with you. I dread having to go to this location. If possible go else where. Lucas shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. I believe there is a new manager he has been great.

Adam was super helpful and informative about the whole printing process. He laid out all my options and showed me the project's preview which reassured me that I was going to get quality prints. My print project was a big one and they only had 3hrs before closing when I went in. I paid a rush fee and they got it done in an hour which really saved me because I need my posters for an event tomorrow. I highly recommend this FedEx! Much appreciation. Thank you so much!

Adam is awesome to work with! He is very helpful and helped me speed up the international shipping process. Adam is always in a great mood and I love chatting with him! I choose to go to this Fedex over any other because Adam is the best!

The worst customer experience ever by the Assistant Manager and Associate. I went to return an item I had a QR code from and they tried verbally fighting with me to purchase a package to ship it when I had instructions from the merchant that FedEx would package it and ship it for free. I even showed it to them and they didn't care and continued to try fighting with me. I told them they should bring up the program with higher management if they had issues with the merchants instructions and policies. I left. Not okay.

Printer ran out of ink so stopped in to print ONE piece of paper black ink only. $3.00!!! Are you kidding me??? Same guy helped me last time and charged me 25 cents. Said he remembered me and it would be $3.00 this time!!! I realize it's a small purchase but get real!!!

Never Never use this store!!! The owner is a nut job and he won't hold or shipment of anything that has lithium battery in it!!! I asked my shipment be held at at fedex store as it was an expensive battery for my ebike and the owner refused to accept it!!! It was shipped by fedex by plane so I know it was safe. Don't use this store!!!!! I would say 80% of all fedex shipments have lithium ion batteries!!!!
