I dropped off a book to have it spiral bound and the step in manager Tiffany did it and cut out so much of the book even the other associates said she should know better and should have looked. Just ridiculous. She said "I can get you a new book and redo it." I don't have time for that. This is for a class.

First things first, I normally love this location. I've had really good experiences with associates working here and have gone out of my way to leave them positive surveys. Today however this group could not have been less cordial. Especially the Store manager. I've been having issue with my packages to being actually delivered and I usually don't mind routing them here, but having poor attitudes is just the icing on the Proverbial cake of bad experiences.
