Bethany did a really great job cutting my hair. I recommend anyone that needs a cut or style to use her. First time getting my hair cut there and will be going back to her again!!!

I bring my family to get haircuts here. The staff are kind and work to make their customers have a good experience all around. I've been going to the Riverdale location for more than 15 years. So I think that says a lot by itself.
Stylist: Bethany cuts my youngest child's hair. She's patient when cutting his hair. Danielle cut my second youngest boy's hair and she gave him the cut he wanted. I go to both of them for my own haircuts as well.

I asked for a trim for my split ends, unfortunately the woman who did my hair cut it incredibly choppy and short.

Brittany is great at men’s short-medium length haircuts.
Stylist: Brittany is the absolute best. She’s great at making conversation and continuously improves upon each haircut I’ve gotten. She has taken away my fear of bad haircuts and replaced it with excitement to enter the salon.

Pretty poor customer service.
There was some scheduling issue when I arrived with my 2 kids for cuts (I had scheduled the kid’s cuts about a half hour before over the phone) the woman behind the front desk was obviously trying to figure it out but just didn’t say anything to me and walked away to talk to a coworker about the issue.
She left me standing there for 2/3 minutes wondering what’s going on. A whole 10 minutes had gone by and there’s been no “I’m sorry there was a scheduling issue, we will get you guys taken care of as soon as possible” or even a “hold up”
Eventually I was enlighten on what went on but was an unprofessional way to greet a customer
Then onto the cuts themselves; $24 for what my boys received has to be some sort of joke. I’d pay maybe $12 for the cuts, the quality is not worth the price I paid. Missed long hairs, uneven sections, barely met the style I requested. I requested to have the long hairs addressed, which they were. Upon returning home and my wife give them a good look and she noticed the other issues.
I’ve been to this place before, used to get my hair cut here and the quality has gone severely downhill.
I won’t be returning with my business anymore.

This was my first time at Fantastic Sams and was pleasantly surprised of the fun atmosphere. It was so alive. Great, music too. Bethany was amazing. So friendly, very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in her work...I look forward to seeing Bethany again soon.

Went in for a haircut today a week before my wedding and asked them to follow specific directions left on file there. They left the top far shorter as they measured wrong. Came home, fiancé and I are both upset. Unfortunately, will never request Lauren again or recommend her services. Never had a negative experience until today and the severity of the situation doesn't make it easier.

WOW.....Love my new hair....Lauren did a 5 ☆ job today on Friday March 12th....She did a excellent job..Love it..I've had others do this exact job, and they did a GOOD job but I've always felt the color wasn't as dark as I requested AND the lighter color blended in too much ..Now after having Lauren yesterday she did EXACTLY what I've always wanted done ..I got the dark with the chunky light going on finally....AWESOME..Looking back I think I've been rushed along..Seemed Iike Lauren left the foils on alot longer than others...It turned out Great!!! Recommend her highly Think she's the most honest with pricing..She's been doing this for 15 years...I wasn't very good at explaining and there was some confusion so I admit I was nervous..WOW......She did amazing work!!! THANK YOU !!
