I never saw an employee on my last visit. There is no wifi and cell service has no bars inside the store. This makes the app and digital coupons unusable. This issue has been going on since opening.I had to check myself out. I set off the alarms on the way out, I waited and no one came. I didn't realize until I got home that I have a security tag attached to an item rendering it useless.I'd go back for help, but I doubt anyone would be there to help.Don't waste your time at this place.

It is a self checkout process. Not being used to their system, I had minor problems. The young male clerk there did not hesitate to bless me with good customer service. So glad to have been shown kindness! I will be going back.

If you're not going to Dollar General, you're missing out huge if you watch their weekly ads and you get a list together weekly especially if you drink pop I'm telling you right now. Your savings are incredible but you have to do the digital clipping on your phone on the app jesus can be download the app start working on the work. You are digital coupons and watch your savings. Everything is so cheap there. I can't believe it if I go to target it's always double at least double when I pick up at the same exact stuff at Dollar General so give it a try. Make sure you use the app and pre-clicked before you get to the store. I clicked on the story and if I see something I want that I didn't keep your coupon clipper in the stanchion but anyway, Dollar General is the new thing been there give it a try.

Always closed. Under staffed. Always treated respectful when I've been there.I heard though the grapevine that the store is closing??? Doesn't surprise me.

July 11th 1:50pm, I had roughly ten items to pay for, the guy working wouldn’t check out my items, told me I have to do it myself, I don’t work there or get a discount to do it myself… when I walked in the door he was checking out a customer’s items but was maybe too lazy to do mine? I told him I don’t want the stuff, he didn’t have a care in the world. I’ll never go back. By the looks of the reviews on here they probably won’t have to worry about checking people out for much longer.

The store is the best dollar General I have been to in a long time. They are open everyday 8-10 PM. The team there is super helpful.

Singlehandedly the worst Dollar store I've been to in my life. I understand that the store is understaffed and the employees are doing their best, but this store was obviously not ready to open. They are closed throughout the week more often than they are open, if they are open they close early, the inside of the store is a mess, products are constantly being removed from the shelves and put back up with no consistency. The employees are nice and do their jobs to the best of their ability, unfortunately the store owners didn't hire enough staff to operate the store. There's probably 3 people that work here and it doesn't seem like they have the ability to hire any more people. If there was an upside to this store, it's that maybe in a year it will have the staff to operate regularly with a consistent schedule, or it will be closed and a new store will be in its place. There is no reason to go to this store over the Dollar Tree down the road. I've been there many times for groceries only to find that the store is closed, they're closing 4 hours earlier than scheduled, or they are rearranging the product in the store so I can't find what I need to. This is entirely an owner and operator issue that has turned this store from being a welcome addition to the neighborhood into a mild annoyance that has no use other than hiking up property tax for nearby apartment complexes.

Stopped by on a Sunday at 1PM and they were closed. Looking at the other reviews this seems to happen a lot. There were a lot of people going up to the doors to shop but were disappointed to learn the store was not open.

Would give it zero if I could. Like all the other reviews, I can never figure out when it's open. First time I went it was 5:30 and they were closed and the other day I went at 3 and again, they were closed. I would suggest they update their hours online or on the store cause it's just false advertising otherwise.

Place isn't open when they say will be. Staff seem like they are only in the back smoking most of the time and aren't really willing to work ever. I don't get how this is ok with management/the owner of the store. If you look at the photos you see on Google of this store you will realize they are not from this store.Its taken from another store to make it look nicer than it really is...this place is a dump. Also if you are worried about diseases I can guarantee they do not wipe down anything down or keep the place clean.

Horrible staff, always closed. I went there the weekend of the extra 50% off. They had pulled all the toys off the shelves and brought to the back. It was like 11a and I was asked to leave because they were closing the store “for a staff meeting”. I hadn’t even found enough items for my coupon but had to leave the store. As I was being pushed out, the “manager” rudely told a couple trying to enter the store that it would be closed, body blocked them, and locked the front door. I have driven back there twice during business hours and both times they had a small hand written sign on the door saying Sorry they are CLOSED. They need to go away. They do not even deserve the 1 star.
