I’m sure u guys are busy just like everybody else but please try and be more helpful to customers that don’t call in often instead of having attitude. Try educating your customers on how to properly navigate thru the process.

Dey appliances saved Thanksgiving! My oven element broke the day before Thanksgiving and I am in charge of bringing all the pies! I called around and only Dey had the element in stock. We were able to pick up the element the same day. I was able to make my pies and Thanksgiving was saved! Dey saved the day!
