June 13, 2024. 3:30pm. Pharmacy is closed. Handwritten note says go to Andover store. Phone system just puts you into a forever wait. Main store phone just tells me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Funny. I phoned in a fill request this morning I get a ready for pickup notice but not sure where it is ready. And I don’t think you can transfer a ready for pickup prescription. And I can’t refill it for 90 days. And I can’t get the new prescription number anyway. Been feeling I needed to elsewhere for a while now. Guess I waited too long.

Pharmacy is rarely open and the store alone has very limited inventory. It looks as if they are in the middle of closing for good.

What is WRONG with your business plan!!?? I've been trying for 3 days to pick up my prescriptions...... CLOSED,CLOSED, CLOSED! I'm going to start charging you for gas!!!!

Horrible pharmacist. Waited 1 hour just to get an antibiotic filled for my 8 year old. The pharmacist John was on calls with patients the whole time when he knew we were waiting. I get it if there was a long line full of people but we were the only one waiting. I have private insurance so I am paying cash. My insurance changed and now Walgreens is no longer a provider. I should have just had Walgreens fill and pay. This wait is so stupid for a simple antibiotics that has taken Walgreens 10 minutes to fill with a line of 10 people waiting. Come on CVS, get your pharmacist in order to help those standing in front of them. This is not ok.

i wish i could make it zero stars . workers are lazy and don’t want to work , closing the store an hour and a half before it’s closing time and your workers standing looking at customers while talking and laughing doing absolutely nothing.
