Pharmacist and team are most often clueless or rude, they like to play back and forth with the doctors just to get a medication refilled or filled the first time. Don’t bother calling you’ll be on hold for 25 plus minutes and when a tech or pharmacist does answer they seem to be talking amongst each other. To hell with... read full comment
