Chaotic environment, teachers always yelling at toddlers. Pulled my child out. Worth mentioning that my toddler sustained a pretty serious head injury on the icy playground when in attendance here.

Older reviews are accurate. This used to be a great daycare but not anymore. My kids have been in this daycare since infants, my daughter since they first opened. Infant room was pretty good, no complaints there but everything else has gone downhill once the kids were out of the infant room. There is high turnover, the staff are burned out, kids aren’t always attended to, etc. overall not great experience for us, would not recommend.

My overall experience was OK. The toddler and pre-K rooms can get very chaotic and the classrooms have a fairly high turnover rate of teachers and assistants. I had to pull my son from their Pre-K program in 2020 due to the frequent injury reports and teacher turnover rates. My son just didn't feel comfortable in the pre-K setting they had set up. My son was only registered for part-time childcare, so I don't think the high teacher turnover rate helped much.Then, I decided to give them another try this time enrolling my daughter in their infant program. She loved Ms.Jennifer in the infant room. I think their strongest program here is the infant program, but once your child transitions out of the infant room, the care and communication becomes less than stellar. The young toddler room has definitely improved since my son was last there, but the older toddler room is a hit or miss.The new director at this location also takes longer than expected to respond to emails or requests. I ultimately pulled my daughter again to go elsewhere late last year due to a doubling of the rates for part-time families.

Today was my daughter's last day with Compass. It was a pretty emotional day for both of us. She'd been going there for a few years and loved it. I can't say that it was always perfect, but I can say that on the few occasions there was an issue, I felt heard and was helped. The staff are so caring and the owners truly care that each person's experience is positive. The sense of community is fantastic. The celebrations, the ways they reach out during difficult times, and the effort they put into relationships is unparalleled. I am sad that this chapter is over, but so blessed to have found such a wonderful place for my daughter to learn and grow. I wish you all the best!

Moving to a new place is stressful, especially when looking for good care for kids. Our experience touring and following up with the Compass staff was easy and smooth. They answered all questions with honesty and were helpful in weighing various options. The facility was clean and comfortable. The kids in attendance were happy and taken care of. We are thrilled to have our two toddlers attending Compass Child Care!

I wish there were more stars to give! This center is top notch! The staff is amazing! I have yet to see one unhappy person in the building. My son has blossomed so much since he started in March and I wish I would have found this center sooner. He just turned 2 and is in the toddler room. He comes home singing songs, pretends to go on “bear hunts”, can name and identify shapes and colors, counts, and works on saying words properly a-a-Apple. We are so happy here and would never consider taking our child anywhere else.

The teachers are great! Amy and Ginger are awesome! My daughter only goes twice a week but she talks about her friends and teachers at 'school' everyday.

Five stars for sure! Why? Because I know the directors or whatever title they carry. They are great gals with love, integrity and vision. They will do their best to insure a safe and fun and pleasant environment. They even get down on the floor and play with the kids! All the best to Ginger and Amy and crew!

If I could give Compass 6 stars, I would.The teachers genuinely love the children and it shows...the peace of mind you get, knowing your child is in good hands is something Compass has and I love them for that.

Excellent child care program. Your child is in great hands at Compass CC. Great learning, physical activity is a must, table time, circle time, music and movement.

Compass has the most dedicated, compassionate, child-focused staff. They work 110% each day to give every child an exceptional learning and growing environment that is safe, healthy, creative and fun. I love how they celebrate the uniqueness of every individual they care for. They accommodate food allergies and provide nutritious options while going above and beyond to remain inclusive. Their facilities are amazing and most days my son did not want to leave. When he graduated the pre-k program he was given a photo book of memories that he cherishes. He is going into first grade now and still talking about his love for teachers and great times at Compass. I cannot say nearly as positive things about the 4 other childcare centers we struggled with before finding Compass, I highly recommend!
