2 years ago, when I first brought my car here, I would have given it a 5 star rating based on first interactions with John and his "kind"personality. Now, I wish I could give 0 stars. To start, my car was in the shop for 10 months (no exaggeration), since then, I've been back 6 times to "fix" MANY things like chipped paint, missing clips, mismatched/unblended paint, malfunction lights being on, parts not fitting, my window falling out of the slots, etc. I get every excuse in the book from the owner and feel manipulated. I finally got my car appraised by a professional and they told me it was the worst body work theyve ever seen. I strongly regret ever going to this place and I hope nobody does again.

John is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is a very good communicator and the quality of his work is exceptional. He also stands behind his work and genuinely wants to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I have used him numerous times and would highly recomment him to anyone.

Have a 2011 F150 they helped me with rust repair for rocker panels and cab corners. They did such an amazing job. I returned to them for custom painted hood, rims and tires, tinted windows, (vinyl) business decals, runningboards and paint to match wheel well covers and window wind deflectors. At the time they split half the building with Leroys customs. come to learn leroys went out of business and apparently collision masters did all of their custom painting anyway. now they have taken control over the entire building and expanded their business even further from what they previously offered. check them out I recommend it.

John was great to work with while I navigated the process of having my truck repaired. He was very responsive both through email and phone calls and was sure to keep me updated every few days as the work was wrapping up. I appreciated this so much as I was curious on the status of when parts were coming in and when I could expect to pick it up as I had to figure out other methods of transportation and rentals. They also worked with the towing company and insurance company professionally and quickly to make sure my repairs were moving along in a reasonable manner. Even with the slow down of production on parts and labor they were able to get my truck fixed in a little over two months which was months before other shops in the area were even willing to look at my truck and give an estimate. My truck looked brand new when it was done and they did an awesome job cleaning and detailing it before I picked it up! We will be going back to Collision Masters if there is ever a need for repairs on any of our vehicles in the future. They have a great team and business! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great work and great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

I read the reviews and no idea what some are talking about, my service was amazing and John called me and updated me all the time. I’m currently 100% disabled, they took care of me and I would recommend anyone to these guys! My Town&Country touring minivan looks amazing and back on the road! Thanks guys great work!Michael

John and Denis are courteous and professional.
I’ve gone to them ever since I had my first auto-accident in 2017.
Knowing that I was distraught and shook up, they had sweets and kind words ready to offer.
They helped arrange a rental service, worked with me on my payment ability, and answered every question I had (which were plenty)!
My car has come out looking new and with no sign of damage each visit.
I highly recommend using their services.

Went in to get an estimate on my car because it was hit by a snow plow while I was sleeping. Explained to the owner that the city agreed to pay for the damages and I just needed to present them with an estimate. The owner (who was slightly sarcastic with me the entire conversation, beginning with where I parked because their shop is confusing) told me he would email me the estimate the next day to make it easier to relay it and I've been waiting a week now and have not been contacted or emailed anything! Upset, because I'm 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to get my car fixed before labor and expressed that I wanted this done quickly. If he wasn't planning on doing it he could've told me instead of wasting my time.Also getting in is very confusing seeing as they don't have the necessary signage to inform you that you are in the right place.Overall, I will NOT go back, I will NOT recommend, and I will find a more accredited shop to give me an estimate and accept the money owed to me by the city.

I have never had such a pleasant experience when dealing with fixing a car. The people at collision masters mn relieved all the stress I had about getting my car back to new after an accident and I could not be more appreciative for there attention to detail and exceptional customer service. If I ever need auto body work done again I would not hesitate to take it to collision masters mn and I would highly recommend others do as well!
