Watch out! Purchased 6 golf cart batteries in store and was never told at the time that we could not get a refund for core exchange. Was told at the time we brought in the cores that refund are only for on-line purchases. So we are out $150.00!

Had an almost dead car fob. Walked in, the employee popped open my fob, found the right battery, popped it in, and I paid less than $10. Couldn't be happier.

I cannot believe they charge you $9 to install a new battery in your key fob that takes them 15 seconds there used to be no charge for that beware when you want one installed the total cost is over $15 for a $6 battery what a joke and they don't tell you the cost of front you should ask unless you can't do it yourself most key fobs take a 2032 battery if you want to do it yourself you can buy a four pack cheaper than $15

Needed a new battery for our lawn tractor. Brought the old one with, the staff got the new one quickly and got us taken care of. They take the old battery too! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Got a battery for my watch and it stopped working, went back and they replaced the battery and said if it quit running in the next 2 weeks they'd refund my money, well guess what? It lasted 3 hours. Going back tomorrow for my refund.

12/29/23 at 5pm. I wish I looked at the name tag on the guy working in the store. He fixed the charging port on my cell phone in the matter of a few minutes. I have been dealing with this for over a month and the cost to fix it at my provider was much higher. Highly recommend Batteries and Bulbs for phone repair!

The best customer service. When I go they are always very helpful. I'd bought a great battery from them almost 4 years ago. My battery light was coming on so stopped in to get a new one. He said let's check it first. He did. Said it was fine but that's could indicate an alternator problem. So grateful they were honest. When I do need a new battery I will get it there!!!

Went here to get our phone fixed because a repair guy at Northtown Mall majorly screwed it up. Zach H. Fixed it for us without a problem & was friendly about it.
