Compressor wasnt sending air to CPAP. Paul showed up. Determined the compressor was working, so the issue was the hose. Paul left hose, as well as oximizer cannual and the correct hose with the air port for the CPAP. Previouisly, Somehow they sent me the wrong one with my last order after delivering the correct one for years. Paul got done what office staff couldnt get done for more than a month.

My technician was very kind and she provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of my new C-Pap. She made sure that the device fit and worked well. She made sure to answer all my questions and gave me phone numbers if I needed help.
