This is your go to place for liquor in Cook Minnesota. They don't have everything, but they have what we want. And that's important, correct?. Hardly anybody's in there so service is great. Ambience is your typical liquor store.

If your very picky this place isn't for you. Simple and rustic is the theme here. Comfy cozy cabins that are defnitly rustic. Nothing is level or plumb!! People are super friendly and accommodating. We had a great week at polleys. Todd is a super nice guy

if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. It used to be a frequent stop of ours.. Selection is overall decent, but bar far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. So much so, I left my product on the counter, told the gentleman to have a nice day and walked out. A person willing to treat customers with such incivility clearly does not need the business, especially coming out of an already struggling season here for Northern Minnesota. I know for myself as well as our clients we will be gathering supplies either before hand our taking our money to the very friendly people, pleasant atmosphere, and welcoming staff at the Orr Municipal Liquor Store.

The employees are very good at their jobs. Very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. The reason for only 3 stars is the new manager. I have never in my life heard somebody talk down to staff as much as he has. Not sure where he came from but please send him back the town of cook does not need somebody like that here.
