I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this US Bank branch. Their management style is atrocious, management is unprofessional, unhelpful, and subjective as to who they do business with. I would not recommend this back to anybody and will be closing my account as soon as possible.

Absolutely horrible, y’all should be ashamed. That young man didn’t deserve to be called out in front of everybody if for some reason you thought that check was fake you should have called and confirmed it before you throw accusations around. Instead you lie!!!! Lie, like a child… those officers should have confirmed that you checked before even speaking to him..

First off, I think that there are several fake -- or at least unusual -- poor reviews here about a racist bank employee from reviewers with 1-2 reviews or don't live in the Twin Cities and would have visited this branch. That said, I wasn't all that impressed with the service we received. We made an appointment to add a new signatory to a non-profit's checking account. First, the reminder text asked us to call the branch number, but no one picked up (this may be a carryover from pandemic protocols, as they also requested we mask up but the account manager wasn't masked!). Fortunately, an account manager popped out of a downstairs office right around our appointment time. Now, she did say that it was difficult to add a signatory to a non-profit account. She was correct in that regard (it took us almost an hour), but she never offered an explanation and there seemed to be little activity trying to get this accomplished. On the plus side, we accomplished our objective, but it was a bit painful and the lobby on a Saturday morning was a bit hectic.

Saturday morning. My somewhat negative experience began when I tried calling and repeatedly and got no answer. Two different branch locations. That's not cool, USBank. At the bank itself, I waited over an hour to get my 1-minute issue addressed. That's ok, times are challenging. The staff I associated with were all friendly and appeared to be hard working. I can handle slow service (waiting); but I think no service (ignoring your phones altogether) is unacceptable. That said, I won't be in a rush to change banks over this, but it will weigh on my mind when the time comes to reconsider my banking options. The slow service: 3 starsThe friendly service: 5 starsThe unanswered calls: 1 star

This is an awful, racist bank. They’ve had black people handcuffed by police with legitimate checks, ID, and accounts, with the staff using the phrase ‘you people’ many times. Disgusting. https://apple.news/A8A_DT-0UQiKEGPy1Yto8_w

Looking forward to watching your branch being closed for the absolutely outrageous and disgusting conduct you did to that paraplegic man.

I have been to quite a few different banks from living in the SF Bay Area to the Twin Cities. This is becoming my favorite bank - the customer service is "best in class," with personable and professional attention, from the branch manager John A., to many others. I am a happy customer.
