“Always really nice to me. Today he let me exchange a disposable because it didn’t work out of the box. I did have my receipt. He checked it out and couldn’t get it to work either. Recommended testing them in the store next time just so it doesn’t happen again.”
“JR was extremely helpful over the phone, when I arrived, and during my time at the store. I’ve been in customer service/sales management for over a decade, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. With this review I would appreciate he gets the correct recognition for how well he does at his job. He shows how much he cares for the shop and the customers. Because of JR I’m going to be coming back and making this my number one store to shop at. Again, I would appreciate he gets recognition for how well he performs at his workplace, pays genuine attention with his customers to make sure they received the correct and best of the product they’re searching for, along with his great attitude and customer service while working.
