“had a great experience at the store. The sales person was very knowledgeable and brought out fantastic choices that totally fit my needs. She spent about an hour with me while i tried on different shoes. I'm not a runner, but I needed shoes for walking after recovering from a broken ankle and I'm really happy with the pair I chose. The two staff members that were there were very friendly and helpful, and the store has a good vibe. i did use the measurement scan which was very cool. for a small local shop they had lot's of services and choices. I will definitely go back there next time I need a pair of shoes!”

“The shoes I purchased are excellent and could not be happier! My only feedback would be to ensure team members understand more about the product they are selling. The sales rep I worked with was kind and eager to help, however you could tell there was limited knowledge as when asked to have my foot measured, they struggled to understand how to read the foot size. A little humorous to me, but not all of your customers may feel the same.”

Before coming to Amanda with my weft hair extensions and blonde hair… I honestly had super bad anxiety going to hair salons and spending a lot of money on hair and the service to not receive what I had ask for.. so I would end up color and or bleaching my own hair and messing it up and just overall a mess.Amanda honestly does everything I ask and she makes time for me and stays later I could not ask for a better “hair therapist” while my hair is processing I get to shop in her boutique!”

“Recently purchased another pair of Redwing work boots after a 2+ year run with my previous pair. Leo was my salesman. Very informative and even measured my feet on their fancy machine. I opted for the hard toe which was done on site and boots were ready when promised. “I can not Thank Aida, the Board Certified Pedorthist enough! She completely turned my foot and knee issues around in a single visit, by working her magic to find the best shoes and inserts for me. Well worth making the appointment and spending the hour with her. I went from hobbling with severe foot and knee pain to being able to walk pain free over night!I have been struggling with foot issues and then knee issues for a year. I was given the wrong pair of shoes and the wrong inserts, they pushed my knee and ankle the wrong direction and rubbed on my toe wrong. I progressively got worse and worse. Went to an orthopedic emergency room who gave me a huge cortisone shot 8 months ago that didn’t help at all. They told me I needed a knee replacement. Instead of going I. For more cortisone, I decided to make an appointment at Schuler Shoes with Aida. She measured, taught me so much about sizes and different shoes and inserts, and matched me with the perfect shoes and inserts. I can now walk again without pain! Who knew the power of a good pair of shoes and a wise woman could be such a life changer! Thanks Aida!!❤️”

“Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.”

We went over soles and he recommended the right ones I do believe. It’s a first time for me getting red wing boots and it was excellent. Really like how they fit work all day standing on feet at O’Reilly Auto. Not enough I could say about the salesman. I will be coming back for more, might be the only place I stop for boots in future, due to how good everything worked and was solved for me. Also love the foot machine, really gave me some perspective.”

This on December 3rd I purchased him a new pair for Christmas, they were delivered on the 8th, but taken before I got home!!! I was devistated...I am retired and on a fixed income. This was really gonna hurt. I wrote the company an email and explained my delimma. To my surprise they refunded my account and I was able to order him another. How impressive is that.
