Worth the drive for cheaper cigarettes and they even special order a carton of cigarettes that they don't normally carry just for me! Super awesome customer service and easy to get to.

This is my first time at Sarah’s tobacco & I only have good things to say! Had terrific customer service shown to me by an employee named Joshua. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back many many times due to this. Joshua was a great help & super attentive, i appreciated his help greatly!!

I go here about twice a month. But my last experience left a sawyer taste in my mouth. I had gotten a can of grizzly pouches after opening the can the chew was dry and didn't smell right. I then went back to the store where I was given a "new" can but again the chew didn't smell right and was dry. The cashier she would talk to the manager and to come back tomorrow night. I went back the next day to be told thier was nothing they can do and I was told the owners would give me a call on Monday. Before I left the store I see the the chew cans are the same as the one I was given the day before. It's now Tuesday and no call. So I did some research to find out when the chew was made and it was May 2019 so it's was made 21 months old. I hard for me to believe that the chew is still sold by this store and that the owners wouldn't make contact with a customer.
