The people overall seem like really nice people, but I came across some problems within hours of getting the car. Contacted the seller about the issues and I felt like there was a lack of acknowledgement, accountability and respect. I know it’s a risk buying a used car but my overall experience with this car was horrifying, It didn’t even hit 2 weeks and the car is incapable to drive safely. Please proceed with caution. My advise to everyone that’s reading this, is to take your time and save up for a good car, I don’t want yall buying a car that’s going to possibly break down on you!

Don't waste your time. They are unreliable and will give you the run around. Not a serious business whatsoever

Absolutely horrible people. I bought a car from them, had transmission issues a month later... the car needed more than $ 5000 worth of repair. Went to junk yard, and I am out 3000 dollars. BUYER BEWARE!

Sam needs to be arrested for selling dangerous cars. He sold me a car that was so rusted it was unsafe to drive. refused to refund my money and traded it for a car with a bad engine. he's now moved to hamlake mn . I test drove a car of his that was leaking gas and when I to him he giggled. horrible person horrible business owner. Also he prices the car @ 2950 just under 3000 because he's has less liability. He more than a criminal he just disgusting. At this point I don't want money I don't want him hurting people with his dangerous cars. I'm reporting him to everyone I can think of. please inbox me if he has done this to you because we can prove he knows his cars are unsafe and get him shut down again.

Criminals hiding under the name of business. They think I am their latest victim of their fraud and unethical business practices. But I get surprise coming for them. They sold me a car with two damage keys and told me the keys were all working and it was only battery problem. Came back after four days they hand me the keys try it still Damaged and told me it was only battery problem and directed me to go get battery and after the battery guys open and test the remotes the told me both remotes were damaged and need new remotes to open the car. Both the owners and partners are liars and criminal. I will expose them of their doing and what they have been doing to others people and getting away with it.

If you find yourself in the office at Capital Fleet on University Avenue, do yourself a favor and leave while you have the chance. My wife and I bought a used 2006 Honda Pilot for $7500. We put a down payment on the car and were then directed to Capital Fleet to complete financing.

If any auto dealer says they will send you to Capital Fleet for financing, walk out immediately! Very unprofessional! They are dishonest, immoral, fraudulent and do not even have the decency to apologize when they are clearly in the wrong! If you do go in and it feels sketchy and like something seems shady here, that’s because it is! Trust your gut!! BEWARE of this place !! You could literally lose thousands!!

My wife and I bought a car for $7500 and 5 months later it was shot needing over $4500 in repairs. The water pump failed which in turn took out the timing chain and head gasket. Capital Fleet & Remarketing (Alex) sold us a Powertrain warranty from Gold Standard for $1500 that should (would) have covered all of the needed repairs. When we attempted to make a claim we were informed that we did not have the powertrain warranty that was sold to us. Somehow, Capital Fleet gave us a “Key & Maintenance” plan that is only good for oil changes and batteries which is worthless to anyone. Who would pay $1500 to have to file a claim every time you get your oil changed? The warranty company confirmed that $1500 was the cost of a powertrain warranty but that is not what we were given. Capital Fleet claimed that Gold Standard changed the plan on us to a lesser plan without informing anyone. Gold Standard said this was a blatant lie. Neither party accepted any liability or tried to help in any way. They both pointed their fingers at each other and we didn’t get so much as an apology from anyone. We paid $1500 for a useless warranty and were stuck with thousands in repairs. They are not a reputable business. Save yourself the headache and loss of money. Working with Capital Fleet was one of the worst mistakes I ever made!
