“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”

“Had my grungy "smelly" car in for detailing. The detailing affected my radio/cd/climate control buttons, but some of it has come back so hopefully just has to dry out a bit more. Sip and crew did a WOW! job on it - hasn't looked (and smelled!) that good since the last detailing. And they even got a long scratch and several small ones out on the passenger side! “I always go to this maaco when I need a paint job. Andy is a great guy. He painted my black town car and my wifes white ford focus. I cant say ive had a better experience. After 4 years the paint is still holding up. There are a few rusted out areas but thats not Andys fault. If you want a trusted maaco this is the place. Only wish he would paint boats and aircraft. My cessna 150 needs a paint job pretty badly.”

The Volkswagen Luther Dealership had recommend Big Papas for My GTI which I had dropped off for a full body/Interior detail which took about 5 hours. They did call about a half hour beyond the time estimate they gave me, but when I called the number it did not reach a human or even a typical automatic answering machine.”
