Nice guy but my truck was there for two weeks and got all the windows smashed out of it, absolutely no security or gate to keep random people out.

Al is very nice and his units are very affordable but I had water and mouse issues in my unit over the summer. I would not recommend for anything not stored in a plastic tote.

Al is a super nice guy and the price for his storage units is right (cheap) but I had water damage and mouse issues in the unit I rented. I would not recommend storing anything that is not in a sealed plastic tote.

Highly recommend to anyone who likes amazing trustworthy management, nice clean new units, supporting small businesses, and service worth 10X what ya pay for it. We used Freedom Storage LLC during a hectic cross-country move with our 3 dogs & toddler. At a time when nothing was going our way Freedom Storage was so accommodating and fair they helped us fall in love with Minnesota/Minnesotans. Not only do we recommend them,but I often tell people it's WELL WORTH the drive time to travel from surrounding suburbs to them for your storage needs!!Need a favor or some service above & beyond? No problem, because the owner, Al, gives you his private cell number & is always responsive. Thanks for the quality welcome for these Minnesota transplants Freedom!
