I bought a commercial battery from the NAPA in Cokato. I was told I would only get the core credit if I turned in commercial battery core. I had a battery core from an automobile but was not given any core credit. I called two other local NAPA’s and they would give me credit for my automobile battery core against the purchase of a commercial battery. I hope the money that was made on that one sale was worth the loss of my future business. I’ve been buying parts there for 25 years and won’t be back. Do your research at other auto parts stores before you choose NAPA Cokato.

The parts you get after answering 21 questions are usually wrong...or just junk...plan on making 3-4 visits till you get the right part that isn't junk. Parts city is better
