Lots of cameras here :) the cameras help scare off the local thieves. Almost a necessity in the town of Cokato where thieves flourish.. Owners are very nice people who do great job on the maintenance. They are also the most reasonable priced storage units in the area. overall I give them 10 ⭐'s out of 5

5 stars, Cokato Mini Storage was so great! We were looking for a unit in the middle of winter - they answered right away and got us in asap! They were professional and made renting easy! Thanks CMSWould definitely recommend :)
