Bob & Kate are great people. They will take there time to sit and vist. And ask how the family is. For many years our family had been going to this resort. Only saddly to have stopped going a few years ago. But have been back with friends and and of late the past 5 years with the fire dept. This resort is like home. I hope a new chapter is to start with our family again. Could not fine better owners and resort to spend time at.

Owner was incredibly rude and the information he provides for wifi is false, there is none at all out in the cabins. Bob as well felt the need to try and say that the place was trashed when we left and used that basis to steal our deposit even when we left the place 100% cleaner than how we found it. It was vacuumed, swept, mopped and dusted. This place was not welcoming and not a family friendly location. Overpriced cabins owned by a slum lord, no thanks.

Great resort. Nice beach and play area for children. Lovely cabins with big decks. Plenty of dock space. Great views of the lake from your cabin.

Actually I booked the cabin in advance and upon arrival and seeing the conditions and MOLD I asked for a refund immediately and was greeted with hostility. And no refund.

This is a wonderful resort especially if you like fishing or swimming theirs a nice beach, a large lake and the owners are amazing

Have to give it a 1 star cause you cant post the reviews with out it. Otherwise this place gets 0 stars. This place is a joke of a resort the owner is mean and rude and will steal your deposit. He's done it to a few with only saying you left the place trashed. When in face it was very well taken care of.

Our family has stayed at this resort every year for 40 years. It’s changed names and several owners, but it’s only gotten better with time. We love the cabins, the grounds, the amenities and owners - they’re our family too. We look forward to coming up here every year. If you want an amazing vacation in a gorgeous setting, look no further.

First time stay for us and we loved it. Very nice cabins. We were in #12, a bit more secluded, loved it. Met many people there that have come year after year. Nice beach with water toys, clean grounds.

When you said you only reserve the boats by the week, I thought that meant you only allowed people to rent boats for the week, not partial days. You meant I can't reserve a partial day in advance. This makes sense, and is completely understandable.I think your policy is (Please correct me if I'm wrong) we can reserve pontoons in advance if we reserve them for the entire week. If we want to rent for partial days, we can only do so in person, if there are boats available. Probably some of the worst people I have ever HEARD of. Complete lack of professionalism or decency. Extremely rude to anyone who isn’t handing them cash hand over fist. Calling a worker Welfare Queen?? Are you serious??? What a joke. If any of you reading this are decent people, upvote my comment and stay elsewhere.I wish I could upload screenshots of how they treat employees so badly, but take my word. Awful nasty people here.

Be careful when dealing with the manager/owner bob. He is very rude and unprofessional. Racist and condescending is an understatement. I was treated poorly in comparison to caucasian guests. Room was not cleaned properly and stunk.

Beautiful resort with a great beach and lake. Cabins are ideal for all size of familes and are very clean. Owners are awesome, we will be back for years to come.

This place is so great! Relaxing and beautiful, with a huge private beach the kids can play on. Great cabins, just loads of fun to be had!
