“I specifically chose Wells Fargo because they also have branches in Southern California where my family lives. I was very hesitant because I've heard so many people complaining about WF in general. Now that I've had my account there for a year and a half, I am very happy with their service. Both in the branch and online/mobile features. I rarely have to wait in line, every teller is friendly, courteous and helpful. Honestly, the service at this branch far exceeded my expectations and is one of the best banking experiences I have ever had.”
