Your phone system is worthless, The departments do not ever pick up. The main operator seldom picks up. And then simply forwards me to the same department phone that never picks up. Tried again for a half hour with no human interaction at all. I have decided that you do not want my business.

I love living so close to a Walmart now. Going later in the evening can be a pain with a cart as there are lots of pallets. Especially in the grocery area.

Busy, hard to checkout. Cart corrals are overflowing. Staff looks stressed.
Amazingly, all customers are buying their stuff. There are no issues with the self scanner for me.

I love this Wal-Mart, especially the Pharmacy. The associates and pharmacists really know their stuff. I tried to get my Rx a few days early, but we all know insurance, LOL, but the associate was able to tell me exactly what day I could get it on. I really appreciated that, and she did it with no attitude, like I've had at other places. The other associates are fun to joke with, and always are willing to help throughout the store.
