Crysta was ?spectacular and so helpful assuring me my package would get to destination last minute next day! I would recommend this Pack & Mail Station to anyone needing something shipped especially if you need it expedited and / or special packing done for fragile items.

They wanted 39.99 to pack and ship a package that weighed 0.60 lbs. after packing it would still be under a pound. Crazy over priced. I went to the post office and got it shipped for 11.06 The staff was friendly and nice. They don’t make the price.

Lost my package in the store. KRISTA told me my package was on video being scanned in by employee and picked up. UPS say package was never received from store. BEWARE OF POSSIBLE SCAM happening at this store. UPS will not return calls.

Large jigsaw puzzles glued together flat. When delivered, I was told how impressed my niece was on the packaging when she received them! Sent from Mn. To Nevada.

I have been here many times and they are usually great. After today I will never go back again.. they refuse to ship my airsoft gun, which is against Federal Regulations because airsoft guns do not fall under something that need to be shipped through an FFL they are considered a and therefore have no regulations with shipping I have shipped dozen but apparently the Cloquet pack and ship thinks that they can have a policy against shipping them.. I was respectful and tried to educate this woman.. she was very rude and would not listen and proceeded to kick me out of the store... will never go back there

There web site says "they handle all UPS shipping, they pick up every day" well I just got turned away saying there a UPS package drop off facility only. False advertising, misleading web page. Poor business practices. I just wasted my time to go to there store to have something shipped out. Guess there not being totally upfront or honest about there services offered. What else????Very disappointed, wont use them ever again.

Nope. I've been to this location 4 times and they've never been able to help me. Today I went there with an Amazon return, which they can't do. Pain in the....but whatever. Then I asked to send a couple packages USPS media mail. They tried to charge me $8 to mail a book in a polymer bag. I took it back and went to USPS. I was charged $3.19. Skip Pack and Mail. USPS has consistently good service and doesn't overcharge on mailing.
