Called for delivery over a week ago. No show so I called. Was told it could be up to 4 WEEKS before delivery. And I have a large balance left on last winter's pretty. I think the money I'm setting aside for next winters propane will go to someone else.

Ordered fuel and prepaided. Where is our fuel. Not even on route. Over 5 business days. Why are we waiting. Now by the time we get it two weeks out. What's up with that. Tried to get it sooner but we didn't have funds until a week. Have always paid cash. Customer for ten years. Maybe tell us Covid. Never had problems before but will never pay up front. They can have cash at door. Nasty now have to burn up wood until we get fuel. Sucks and unhappy Customer.

I have enjoyed working with the staff at Federated Co-ops. I have had 3 long term propane accounts with them and never had any problems getting fills or billing. I am relocating so have to close my accounts. Its been a pleasure working with you Thank You

Switching companies in the spring. It's been nothing but a headache. They did a leak test and filled our tank once when we weren't home, but didn't relight any of our pilot lights because our dogs were barking in our bedroom. IT WAS BELOW ZERO THIS DAY. Called after hours, obviously unhappy, to see why our pilots weren't lit and the guy told me I would have to pay $80 for him to come out and finish the damn job!!!
Now, after catching up on our bill and getting overcharged not once but TWICE, and having to pay my rent late because i had to wait for a refund, I STILL have a balance on my statement!? Nope. Not giving you another dime. I was told I owed what I already paid and nothing more. It's ridiculous.

this company is the worst co-op i have ever had an experienced. ask for fuel , they say delivery next day. pay in advance and they don't deliver. make you freeze through a weekend. My grandchildren could not even visit because they don't deliver as promise and make you go without heat until they decide that on there time they may deliver. Anybody that deals with them is as much a fool as i am. Dealt with them twice, and both times the don't deliver as they said they would. Stay clear of this company.
