We bought appliances from Daugherty’s twice before the most recent visit and had a great experience. When we walked in this time we were looking for a new washer and dryer. A salesman approached us and we told him what we were there for. He asked if we needed gas or electric dryer. We said gas and he stated that they would have to order a gas dryer if we found one because they don’t have any in stock at the store. We said okay and then he walked away and went behind the counter. Didn’t offer any help or ask if we had any questions. Didn’t try to sell us on anything. Looked at the sets they had for about 2 minutes, and realized we could buy the same set on AJ Madison for half the price. The customer service was horrible. Will not be going back.

They delivered a box spring that they damaged and wouldn't make good on it. Last time I buy from them.

Bought fridge, within 2 days of delivery noticed it was defective, not cooling properly. Daugherty wanted to troubleshoot rather than exchange it. After a week of not having adequate cooling, they were still "troubleshooting" and I was supposed to be fine with it. They declined to exchange it for me, forcing me to finally demand refund which they declined so since I used credit card I disputed charge for defective merchandise. I notified in person and they said I'd have to pay the whole delivery charge, I offered to pay half since they weren't paying to replace my spoiled groceries. They now hit me with late fee on portion of delivery that I didn't charge back through credit card.. Fine I'll pay but they just lost a lot of future business from me and bought a lifetime of negative feedback.Went to Best Buy and asked their policy. They stated if defective within first 15 days they would exchange. I bought from Best Buy.Update. Few years later needed new washing machine. Didn't even consider Daugherty; went straight to Best Buy.

Could swear we were told we only needed an installer for our stove because it's gas. If we took down the microwave and took out the dishwasher they'd hook them up. They dropped off our new suite of appliances and nope, they don't do that.... Oh boy.

Bought a dishwasher end of December waited about a week for install. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly, did not drain . They said they could not come back for another two to four weeks. Never heard back from them again. Had to call the manufacturer who sent someone out to install properly. Will not shop here ever again.

Excellent selection of kitchen appliances - all the big brands on the main floor room, and bedroom furniture, in a second floor room....they are not only very knowledgeable but eager to assist you in choosing an appliance - yet, not hounding the customer...Not only do they start the sale they complete with coming to your home to service the appliance, for a fee. Great place to shop from...small town with big quality!

Unacceptable customer support. I called for service on my oven and received an appointment for eight days later and was told to call that morning for an appointment time. I called the morning of the appointment and was told they had to reschedule and offered a date another eight days later. They offered no other options. I'm going to find another company that will actually provide customer service.
