“Got a check for my roof on an insurance claim, and Wells Fargo is my mortgage holder. This review is only based on the Cloquet bank.
I went in there on April 16th because like I said, the check was from insurance company, and the wells fargo had to endorse the check. They were very kind, and able to squeeze me in. ( I should have made an appointment.)
Rebecca was very professional, and courteous. Went smoothly.”

“Four stars because Wells Fargo in general, meh, but this location, I'm very impressed. I originally called customer service at the corporate level, who were unwilling to walk me through anything over the phone, so I went in person and was pleased to find the staff pleasant and helpful. They quickly resolved my issue and I would recommend this branch 100% after that experience. I gather that the person I worked with had just been promoted to manager, and I can see why. Those who've given bad reviews, I'd say give it another shot because there's new leadership there, and she's all capability and respect. I felt I was in good hands.”
“Recently received an auto loan. The process was smooth - filled out the forms but had questions. So I used the contact phone number that was provided and had a very courteous helpful loan contact walk me through the process. She ensured I had all my questions answered. I have also been very pleased with all of my "in person" contacts at the Cloquet branch. Pleasant and committed staff at each encounter.”
“Wonderful banking institution! I'd recommend Northwoods Credit Union to anyone! Tracy in Cloquet is simply amazing, not just because of her job, but who she is as a person and now someone I consider a friend! Customer service from everyone I encounter, whether it be over the phone or in person (doesn't matter which branch I'm at either), is always outstanding! This world would be a much happier place if all businesses could treat customers as good as you all do.
