Good quality meats. Bad idea. To make it onily call ahead meat bundles. was there there was one other person in the store and a couple walking through? I asked at the meat counter you wouldn’t happen to have one of those meat bundles ready or the guy right away says not you gotta call ahead. I have it done tomorrow I’m sitting there like looking at the counter. It’s all the meat that they talk about in the bundles all over right there in front of me. They’re gonna be closing in about an hour, why wouldn’t you wanna make the sale? It’s like a $50 number one meat bundle why wouldn’t you wanna make that up real quick what’s it take 10 minutes to grab all the meat that’s for that package together and give it to the person standing on the other side of the counter , or is that just too hard to do what’s the point of having the guy standing behind the counter if he’s not gonna do a job I mean you can only order one thing at a time I guess there why even advertising meat bundle behind the counter behind the butcher if you have to call ahead to have them done that should be in small print somewhere that says we only do meat bundles call ahead get pricing and availability

B&B catered our wedding! We had a smoked pig, mac n cheese, baked beans, Cole slaw, and dinner roles. My family is from down south, so when I told them "I'm having a pig pickin!", they were skeptical of a northern BBQ. Thanks to B&B's talents (I already knew of), my Southern family was pleasantly surprised!! The food was amazingly good...everyone is STILL talking about it.. we even had leftovers for home! Thanks guys. It was amazing. I knew it would be ?

Loved this place till I was in there the other day and they don’t use gloves Non no one Its like there anti glove .. touching my meet my bags other people meet cross contaminated everything So I can’t eat that Now I just seen a commercial and there on there also waring no gloves advertising it .. I don’t want some kids hands all over my meat Yuk No gloves no business from me I was literally shocked and walked out

Despite a slightly haggard look to the store's exterior they have a fantastic assortment of brats and meats. Gummy Bear Brat, Ghost Pepper Cheese Brat, and many more. Their creativity for various brats is unsurpassed in Northern Minnesota.

B & B has the best meat I've ever purchased or eaten. A few years back we were buying our meat at a different meat market. When Covid occurred, their quality seemed to go way down hill.That's when I started shopping seriously at B & B. I won't ever buy meat anywhere else. Everything I get from them is such good quality meat. Steaks, especially, are excellent quality and have the best flavor!! You can't beat their brats! The variety is unbelievable and there's a flavor for everybody.I also love their natural casing wieners, especially the coarse ground. I guess I would have to say they are the absolute best if you are looking for great quality meat at a fair price.Be sure to give them a try. You'll never go back to grocery store meat, that's for sure!

UPDATE: Ordered Roast Beef for Christmas and posted a pic of what we were tossed - lots of FAT and NO AU JUS. 8(UPDATE: Ordered Slow Cooked Roast Beef for thanksgiving - the meat was processed sandwich meat cut into thick slices - we have ordered this for the last 3 years, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter - used to be the best - was extremely surprised and disappointed. 8(Remains one of the best customer service, goods and butcher shop anywhere! Treats everyone as #1 and helps the community in too many ways to mention here, especially during the pandemic!
