Office manager Marissa was extremely efficient in greeting me and also in notifying me of work that needed to be done.on my truck and also the cost and when work will be completed. Great attitude as well! Be it known, my truck has been to 2 other automotive dealers and nothing was ever accomplished. Same old issues. I was recommended to Anderson Auto and they instantly knew what the problem was with my truck and immediately got to task and ordered items. When picking up my truck today, I was consulted about the work that was done and that I’m definitely good to go now (almost like a doctor consult). With a reasonable bill to pay, for the work done, I was a happy guy heading back home in a trustworthy vehicle that was FINALLY fixed! Thank you Anderson Auto!! I will recommend you to EVERYONE! I used Anderson's online to schedule an appointment. It worked great and very user friendly! Everything I needed worked on and the communication was fantastic with them. I will definitely be returning with all my automotive needs. They were quick and easy to get the job done. And the receptionists professionalism was of high standards.

I dropped my vehicle off and was told I'd receive a call after they had a chance to inspect it, before doing/charging anything. They actually did! They were very throughout about what they found that needed to be fixed, answered all my questions and didn't make me feel any less than for asking so many questions, some almost repetitive. Also, they were almost exact about the amount of would cost to do the work they said they would and didn't do anything more, and called when it was ready, all as they said they would. I will be going back. Thank you Anderson Automotive!

They were absolutely amazing. The tech even found something the previous place did not do correctly. He was unable to fix it as they did not have the correct piece for my vehicle but offered to have it delivered in to be fixed. Everyone was super friendly! I will be going there from now on!
