So glad we did not stick with them.

Steve is extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and timely with returns. He has done my fathers returns for many years and since my fathers passing has provided great service and counsel through a challenging period of time.

Not a good service for the average consumer. Spends all of their time on corporate accounts. Promised discount for poor, untimely service and did not follow through. Had our tax information for 6 weeks. Then sends us a letter as if it was our fault they did not tell us our tax results until the middle of the day on tax day. Unprofessional.
