Terrible! Sadly, this is the location I have to use to have my mail held. Imagine my annoyance and disappointment that they had NOT held my mail for the week I was on vacation, even with a verified confirmation number. I do not know how these people can be so consistently inept. This is the 3rd time they have messed up my mail hold. Government “workers” (not) hard at work.

This location has its pluses and minuses. The older clerk with grey/white hair was hard to work with and the customer service was extremely poor. So much so that I am here writing this review. Super unfortunate, terrible experience with him. The younger man with black hair on the other hand, incredibly helpful and KIND! He listened to the issues I presented and helped me right away. He is very well spoken and understanding. Wonderful service depending on who’s there.

Very helpful staff , I have never had a bad interaction here . So those who have had a bad experience most likely have bad experiences everywhere they go. I love this place my favorite post office.

Postman keeps putting things that say "DO NOT BEND" in my mailbox. We have complained about this for years. Feels like it's on purpose. He is also very rude! Apparently he doesn't like people to say "hi" to him. I thought the postman was supposed to be friendly. Called my post office about this multiple times and no answer, the phone just kept ringing until I get the busy tone. I called the national post office line and it's impossible to get anywhere or talk to anybody! Basically I'm really disenchanted by the USPS! And frankly really pissed off!!!! We just have to deal with the disrespect and no one caring about our important mail like my children's school photos.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Always a pleasant experience. It gets pretty busy and I've only ever seen two clerks working at a time, so plan for a little extra time or go earlier in the day.

The people who work the front counter are very nice and helpful, but the actual mail carriers themselves are what I have issues with. I went to pick up a package yesterday that wasn’t even supposed to be held, and they couldn’t even find it because the mail carrier put it in the wrong spot! I understand that it’s almost Christmas but this is ridiculous. This is also not the first time I’ve had issues with deliveries from USPS.

This post office has been a reoccurring disappointment. I have been in several times for things and they only ever have one lane open. Today there was a consistent line out the door. One person was on the register and two others were hovering trying to help but because they didn't have another lane open they were basically just standing around looking pretty. They are nice for the most part but the fact that they are unwilling open more then one lane when things are busy is mind blowing. Only come here is if you have a lot of time on your hands and know exactly what you need.

Would recommend not scheduling passport appointments here. Ours was cancelled with only a few hours notice and due to short staffing was informed when I called back to reschedule that it “may never be a good time to schedule. . .”

Refuse to deliver my packages to my residence. Every time a package comes through the mail, I'll be home and no knock on the door. Just a tag in the mail box. I see the postal truck driving around on Sunday and knocking on doors. I'm not sure what they're doing on a Sunday, but I'll boycot the mail. There's no use when my packages don't get delivered. Such a run around!I have no problem with Amazon or UPS. That's also why people purchase insurance. Deliver my mail!

Order was very late, then i got a message saying i put in an invalid adress??? It’s not invalid i gave the correct adress and it’s so hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. Very frustrating.

If it’s a package, 50/50 it will be delivered. Envelopes typically aren’t missing.
