“I purchased four Blue Acara Cichlids on my first visit. The guys working were friendly and knew what they were talking about. As others have stated, there are no refunds but I was told that they quarantine all of their fish before they are available for purchase. All four of mine look healthy after a month in the aquarium. I will definitely be back again.”

“This place is simply amazing! The staff were friendly. The tubs were clean and large. This made giving my very hairy pooch a breeze! Not having to bend over to bathe my dog is wonderful...my back isn't broken. The water pressure is good and you control the temperature. There is no time limit, which is also awesome! I was able to wash my dog with the soap provided and then wash her again with prescription shampoo that helps soothe her itchy skin. Then the blow dryer at the end actually has so much power that it was blowing the water off of my dogs hair! To top everything off, the staff cleans up the tub for you! I will definitely be recommending Pet Evolution to my friends and clients at my job (I'm a veterinary technician)! What a nice business!!!”

“Amazing. It can be hard to find a good aquatics shop in MN ESPECIALLY one that specializes in salt water aquariums. However thats exactly what you get with Reef Collective. They’re simply the best. All staff that Ive interacted with were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate plus the prices are also very reasonable for a local shop. Parking is super easy with a giant lot. ALSO I know the location seems random but trust me when I say it is not reflection the shop. Anyways I could not recommended them more!”

“Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

Staff is always friendly, and I love popping in before dining at keys to greet kitties up for adoption or pick out a new dog toy.I feed my dog raw, but I like to have a dry food backup for traveling or simply for days we forget to thaw pup's meal. Finding a kibble that's NOT toxic is tough, and it's more challenging to find ones that are balanced and nutritious. We previously fed ORIJEN, but since Purina bought in them 2023, I've heard scary reports of the new formula making dogs sick. EEEK!So I was on a hunt for an ORIJEN alternative. I researched several products online in advance.CAUTION: If you feed your pet foods with more raw ingredients and negligible preservatives, you must ENSURE THE BAG IS AIRTIGHT, or your pet could get sick from the deteriorating food. (I learned the hard way; a bag that was shipped to me from another seller had "popped" the seal, and I didn't think through how critical the airtight factor was.)In an effort to confirm the "airtight" factor and quality ingredients, I decided that an in-person visit to Chuck's was necessary. Staff was very helpful for grabbing bags and reading/comparing labels with me. My finalists were Open Farm RawMix, Farmina N&D Grain-Free Quinoa | Digestion, and Farmina N&D Venison | Skin & Coat. While I love the freeze-dried component of Open Farm's RawMix, their bags were somewhat loose fitting. The Farmina bags were vacuum-packed with no question of freshness, so I opted for Farmina. Chuck has a satisfaction guarantee and was surpringly the same price or less than Chewy or Amazon, which also made me feel better about the choice. (To the two ladies that helped me out, THANK YOU so much!)For raw feeders out there, I highly recommend Chuck's for picking a good dry food back up! They also have freezers with raw patties (fully balanced), fermented goat's milk, and more.I also love Chuck's diverse selection of antlers and chews. They have some XL antler panels, which are rare to find and critically needed for the larger breed dogs to sufficiently enjoy before it become bone broth scraps. I love the 5-foot meat sticks for just $9. (See photo.) The gigantic size is so entertaining. My dog's eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas morning when she saw me with them. Ha!Chuck's has a decent selection of dog toys. They have added more larger profile toys to the mix, which my German Shepherd greatly appreciates. The mammoth with a tennis ball in the tummy is my pup's new favorite squishy. (See photo.)Overall, I think they take "Are you a friend of Chuck's?" to heart. I appreciate their genuine love/interest in my dog and their commitment to offering in good quality foods, toys, and supplies. We vote two paws up!”

“This is just upon a initial consultation with our near 1yo AmStaff:They were kind, forthcoming with all information. They were direct without any indignation towards us or our pet. They also kept themselves extremely professional throughout the roughly 15min we were there going over options and brief assessments.They have payment options, from what it seems, and I could not see us going elsewhere to help give our pup the best to help him become a better best friend!”

“We have gone to this Vet. Hospital for many years including the early years from 1974 to 1990. We moved up to Ham Lake and used a vet place there. When we returned to this area we came back to MN Vet. Hospital, (about 2018). We have been happy with the staff, taking our cat here. They are always courteous and friendly. If there are questions, they will return a call with the information we need. We just euthanized our cat and the staff was so very kind and caring. We are very happy with this vet. hospital and plan to return in the future with another pet. Kathy H.”

“We have been taking our lab Rottweiler mix here for grooming the past year. I love being able to make an appointment online quickly and the text updates. I suggest always making an appointment versus walking in. There was a time I needed just a nail clipping for her and was unable to do it by just walking in because there wasn't enough groomers. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. I'm never surprised by the pricing because they make sure to tell you beforehand. If you go so many times you can even earn a free grooming session via email. I prefer to do weekday mornings since that seems to be a lot quicker and less busy versus a weekend. To have my dog get a bath, nails clipped and teeth cleaned it's usually an hour sometimes a few minutes less or more. Definitely recommend the Fridley Petco.”

“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”

“Wish that it was closer to home. Driving down there just to pick up prescription cat food is a hassle, and taxes down there are hiher than by my house. But my cat is still alive and healthy, so I'll keep doing it.”

I drive from quite a distance just so Brie can go to this store specifically to see Lori and have never been disappointed!”

“I always love Petco. Especially the Blaine location. It always has a great options or the options I need. It's hard to find the Purina Pro Plan dog food we need but it always seems to be ready and in stock at the Blaine store. If the instance that it is out of stock, it's usually restocked within the next day.

I love the treat bar. The dry treats they have at the bar have never caused GI upset in my dogs and they love them. Making it a great option for treat rewards when training.

The place is organized and clean as well. The associates are friendly yet attentive. If I am bringing a puppy for general socializing, they are great as respecting space, but also helpful with interactions. I also noticed the animals that are for adoption are well cared for and their habitats are clean and full of enrichment. Something that I feel is important to see in a pet store!”

“Emily is a great groomer and knows what she's doing. Neo always looks dapper whenever he leaves and I know he's comfortable with her. The groomers get 5 stars easily. I took a star off because PetSmart seems to squeeze as much cash from the customer with their package pricing model. Deluxe used to be the best, but every season they add paid extras and remove little options from deluxe. Expect to pay $150 per visit if you want grooming, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and still want to give a tip to their groomers (which I'd recommend because they work hard). Emily is one of the main reasons I continue giving this place business the past 3+ years. Otherwise I'd switch to a small local place near work in Lowertown (that I used to think was expensive but now they're at parity with PetSmart). Added a before and after photo too.”

“A minor incident happened while my dog was being groomed. I was called right away and the situation rectified to the best of their ability. Had I been a consumer with no customer service background I probably would have been less understanding and only thinking about my point of view and not theirs. I understand mistakes happen and as long as they are acknowledged and fixed, that’s good customer service to me. Thank you.”
