It's not a bad location but it doesn't have a ton of inventory. Good staff and the parking lot is nice and spacious. It's also very easy to get to off the same road you use to get to walmart, this is actually how I discovered its existence.

We went thru the donation line and it took 25 mins of waiting, then when we finally get into the garage they didn’t even say a word to us. Overall, a slow location and not very good customer service. Every time we come it’s like this.

It's a mediocre store at best!I'm all for doing donations, but when the individual opening and closing the big roll up door waits 15-20 minutes in-between drop offs to the point that you have to call the store to have them remind the person doing that job to actually do the DAMN job. This happens EVERY time we go there! Last time, they waited 10 minutes to let me in after the car in front of me was gone. Then, the disappointment/employee left the back area and didn't return to let us out. I mean SERIOUSLY the kid just left and clearly had no intention of coming back. We finally had to open the double doors to ask a different employee to let us out!Why is it that just about ANYWHERE you go these days if the employees are under the age of 35 they just have NO WORK ETHICS. It's downright pathetic that these younger people have such little respect for themselves and the job they do. They would rather scroll tik tok or something else just as pointless than have pride in themselves and their job.

Thought Goodwill was committed to EV stations, but nothing here; nor at the nearby Walmart; nor at the nearby Fleet Farm. Some biz around here should figure this out.

This location was very low on record selection and board games.

Went to check out cashier took a pair of shoes to the back and changes the price on me. She marked them up $20. Apparently they aren't making enough off the free donations that they have to bait and switch you at check out.

Sooo expensive. Damn ppl give you the stuff for free and you're charging crazy money. Leggings for $24.99, pair of Silver jeans that had unintentional holes and stains $26.99. Teen boy clothes I don't think I seen anything less than $10.99 (that wasn't even name brand) so sick, I couldn't even imagine working there and charging people those prices

Literally every clothing item at this goodwill is over $9 and their nwt pieces are over $20 each.. Wanted to try it out again after a few months, but the store’s gotten even more expensive. Not really a thrift store and not worth stopping here.

Nice people and a clean location. Not as wide of a range of option compared to other stores.

Visiting from out of town and needed a last minute nice top. But there are no changing rooms - only a 14 day exchange policy. Why? Half the store is now pointless clothing. Even if I lived in the area, I wouldn't want to pay to guess if the clothing fit and then do the trek back and forth when it didn't to exchange.

My grandson had a cart tip over on top of him and not one worker asked if he was ok. He was injured on his leg.

There is a manger named Karen there and she literally is the absolute worst. I came I'm earlier today to browse around and i hear this manger yelling at the employees. I thought about working there but no. I don't recommend coming here because there seems to be a lot of anger in the air.

Devastated.Went in and spotted a gorgeous loveseat I was instantly interested in. Spoke to a younger, very short haired manager about it and said I needed a bigger vehicle to haul away and they said it wouldn’t be an issue and that they could hold it until the following day so I could secure a proper truck to haul away. So I purchased it. Filled out paperwork and was given a receipt. Came back the next day with a truck ready to pick up only to find out they sold it a few hours previous. The manager I spoke to about it never bothered to put a SOLD sign on it or put it in back for me. I was heartbroken- as I fell in love with the piece and was so excited to bring it home and went through the process of securing a proper sized vehicle to take it away. I was told I had 24 hours to pick up and I arrived with multiple hours to spare. A different manager I spoke to about it did give me a refund, but was not willing to help me track down who they sold it to. I asked if we could look at the camera and get a name or phone number or license plate and they could contact on my behalf and explain what happened - but was informed that then they would have two unhappy customers versus just me. So I guess I’m the one out of luck. I trusted Goodwill and was given word by a manager that my purchase would be safe until the next day. I’m still very upset with the entire ordeal. I feel like way more could have been done to right their wrong.

Every goodwill I've been to in the area does returns except for this place (there are no dressing rooms). You can only exchange for an equally priced item. When I asked, an older short haired staff member was extremely rude to me and glared at me during our interaction. I asked if I should leave my item to be exchanged at the desk and she said "I wouldn't do that if I were you" and gave me a threatening look. I will not be coming back here. Horrible return policy, horrible employees.
