“Steve is very responsive, accommodating and keeps a clean and dry facility which seems very secure. We have had various storage areas due to children moving in and out and it’s been great having a space to store their things between moves. We have used another storage businesse in the past where the ceiling was not secure and someone peeled back the chicken wire and appeared to be staying there. Nothing was taken but some furniture was damaged as they climbed up on things to get in and out. Didn’t have this concern with Summit Storage.”

“We needed u-haul truck to move the furniture. The two brothers at the Centerville location are nice, knowledgeable, and fast. I like this U-haul place, because it closes at 8 versa other places, wich close at 7. It also feels homey with the pictures of the local fishermen with their catch. It is nice to have U-haul rent in neighborhood.”

“This is our second vehicle we've had a hitch put in at a uhaul. Just like last time, I made a reservation, dropped my car off, got a call because the job was done, inspected it and was out. Simple, easy and nothing complicated about it. The other car that has the hitch is still good (after two years of hauling a camper and a utility trailer) and expecting the truck to be good as well.

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”

“Let mr. off by saying, Bryant (manager?) is an angel. My 8 month old son and I are fleeing from a relationship with a lot of domestic violence so all of our clothes, and everything to my name is in my storage locker. Long story short, I ran into some trouble and Bryant helped me the best way anybody could've. During my time at U-Haul, he showed vast knowledge of the company as well as services the company offers. He solved any problems the employees or customers ran into very timely. He is very efficient, but he also has a big heart. We need more people like Bryant in the world. U-Haul, this man deserves the world! while I was there, a man named George also helped me. He was very kind, he helped me with everything I needed. He too, was very efficient, in and out in a timely manner.”

Brian replaced my fender, adjusted my head lights, and my car hood fixed. Everything came to only $350 and they got it fixed the same day I brought my car in.
