“I've been here quite a few times now and every time, I've found the staff to be extremely nice. I've had the "luck" of the mocha machine running out of milk mid making my coffee or on the customer just prior to me more than once. Each time, staff dropped what they were doing and addressed it immediately once I notified them. Great customer service!”
