I needed a quick oil change so I came to Fleet Farm and This tire shop told me I needed a new tires, my normal mechanic told me the measurements they gave me were incorrect and that my tires will be fine for at least another year or two. If you’re in a pinch and need an oil change Fleet is probably fine, but I wouldn’t recommend them for more.

Do not go here; this is not a trustworthy auto shop. They have bad attitudes, poor customer service, and lie to people.
Got tires a few years ago from them along with rotations and several oil changes so i have interacted with many employees over the few years i was a customer.
One time they let me sit in the waiting area for an extra hour after my car was done and made no attempt to walk 10 feet over or call my name to notify me. After waiting 2 hours for a oil change, i went to the desk to ask how much longer and the guy said “it was ready an hour ago. We called your name you werent here”. I had stepped away for 30 minutes at the most and went right back to the waiting area. After apparently calling my name and me not going to the desk, they never called me on my phone, overhead paged or checked the lobby for an entire hour when i was sitting right there???Absolute worst customer service.
What made me stop going here is the blatant lie i was told by a “manager”. I had gotten a quote for brake job per axel as i only wanted my front brakes replaced. When i called back to make the appointment for just front, they said its “illegal to replace only the front brakes. Its a liability.” According the 3 other mechanics, the rear dont always need replacing and that’s determined during the appointment. So they flat out lied and I believe its because they want to squeeze out every drop of money they can from people. Why only replace the front if they cant try to make me replace both right, even if it doesnt need it? Im not stupid but nice try.
The prices are decent but you get what you pay for which is poor customer service, falsifying information and questionable work. The prices arent worth it if you cant trust the people working on your car to not screw you over and treat you like less than. Im a young blonde woman so im not surprised but do better and be better people. The young woman especially, has a demeaning face and tone.
The employees were always short with me and made it seem like an inconvenience to explain or discuss my car needs. Overall just have an attitude of impatience and as though they couldn’t care less about you as a customer.

Went to fleet farm for alignment and Simon was very helpful , called me back to show me what my vehicle also needed . Saved me a bunch of money and time. Thanks Simon ?

I have had horrendous experiences at Blaine Fleet Farm before, but today was the final straw. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by rude, incompetent employees. On line order screwed up again. Hung up on by a yard employee after he told me he had better things to do than deal with me. Spent way too long on the phone with corporate and the store trying to get my order fixed. I was finally assured it was fixed and told to pick it up in-store and the service desk would be told what was up. Go in to get the order and I get accused of not paying for it! How??? It was an on line order!!!!! Asked for a manager, who happened to be the one who assured me all was well this afternoon. She was almost as rude as the yard employee. Clearly you don't want my $1000/month. Menard"s, Chewy, Tractor Supply, and Spike's and Houle's will gladly take my money, I'm sure. NEVER AGAIN. And if you think I'm kidding, just know I've boycotted a local tack shop for 30+ years for similar crap.

Horrid place. Got a flat tire on the highway parked here waited two hours for them to open to be told no one can look at my completely flat tire till Tuesday. Ridiculous today is Friday. Lady was extremely rude. Will never go to a fleet farm for anything.

Purchased a reel here a couple days ago and when my husband and I realized it was the wrong size we came back to return it within 3 days. We went to customer service and the girl there (which I forgot to ask for her name) called for someone from sporting goods to come check it out before we can return it. This took me aback and I asked her why because I never had this happen with returns before here and she assured me it was because of the policy. Mind you no where on the policy states that they must have someone to suspect it before returning an item that is new and unused within 90 days, but we still continued to wait for the person she called to come over. When the sporting goods team member came over he took a look at the reel and asked my husband and I what we had done with it which we proceed to say that it was never even used. He then accused us of making a dent in the reel and said that he would have to call the manager over. At this point my husband and I was very confused and irritated with the fact that he would accuse us of returning a reel with a dent when we never even opened it. My husband decided to take a look and it was just a piece of tape!! No dent, just a piece of tape. There was no apologies made whatsoever nor accountability made to their mistake, definitely do not recommend this place.

Sad to say this is no longer the place for auto service. Primarily oil changes. They were a fair price but now the price is $15 higher. I get it everything is up but that is a 25% increase. Come on. Next they only now cover 5 quarts of oil down from 6 so add 6.99 for the extra quart my truck needs. Lastly they don’t have my filter in stock. Only option is one off the floor that adds another 11.99 to the oil change cost. What about the cost of the filter you didn’t have that is build into the price. Yes my fault I waited a bit and needed the oil change done now but work has been busy and I made the appointment a few days ago.Back to the dealer I guess. No reason to come here when it’s the same price and same hours.

Very poor service experience at this store. Went in for tires and an alignment. The day service gal at the desk seem very detached from her job, borderline rude as a customer care representative and not very knowledgeable on tires at all.I had to specifically ask how the alignment diagnosis came out, she told me we had loose lower ball joints & steering. These items will need to be repaired and then another alignment will need to be done. It would have been good to call me and ask me if I would care to go foward with the alignment.Services: Tires
