Stephanie the Manager at Fantastic Sam’s has cut my hair twice so far. I love it. Just does a thorough job and makes sure you’re happy with the cut before getting out of the chair! I will definitely be a long term client of hers!

I went to Fantastic Sam's for a perm. The first perm was on 5/29/24 at 5 pm. That perm did not take so I called in to get a reimbursement. The manager suggested I come in for a 2nd perm with smaller rods. The appointment was made with Lexi again at 5 pm on 6/3/24, when getting 2 perms in a week it does damage the hair. She used smaller rods and permed my hair, made a suggestion that I come back in for a haircut on another day as she didn't have the time to cut my hair that evening. My hair was just towel dried with a bit of mousse. When I looked at it the next day when it was fully dried, I noticed the bottom layer of the perm did not take as it was all straight, you could see 4" of straight hair on the bottom so it was very noticeable. I called to make an appointment for my hair to be cut. It was verbally set for Monday, June 10th, however my email confirmation said it Monday, June 17th. I can not wait that long and did get my hair cut by another person. I unfortunately, will not be returning to Fantastic Sam's and will have to go somewhere else.

My stylist Stephanie was great.Very nice cut.Very helpful because I have a injury helping with getting me to shampoo station and back.She is very pleasant friendly.would definitely recommend her to family and friends
Stylist: Stephanie was once again great haircut did my eyes brows.Always does a fabulous job friendly and definitely would recommend to friends and family.She did my sister-in-law hair from Reno Nevada when she was here .Will be back again in August and wants Stephanie again.
