“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”
“Auto Glass Express got me into their schedule the day after I called them. I had full glass coverage through my insurance and Auto Glass coordinated it with them so I had no worries about coverage. Dustin did a great job. Very professional and personable. He returned a few days after the initial replacement with new side moldings. Some of the tabs had broken off my existing moldings during the initial repair and Auto Glass Express ordered new ones and replaced them promptly. “If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All Auto glass took extra care and even added some parts that insurance would not cover. I had a ford explorer where there was 50/50 chance that the rear spoiler on my ford explorer would break and have to be totally replace not covered by insurance. They did precise handling of the rear window and spoiler to make sure everything was done with quality workmanship. Thankyou All Auto Glass, I will visit you again if I ever need your services. “I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

From arranging the rental to touching up of a few nicks that weren’t part of the damage because “we’ll already be painting so why not.” We will definitely use them again should we unfortunately ever need body work again. They made it easy and was finished with the work earlier than anticipated.”

“I bought a vehicle from the owner and took it in for an inspection. It was garbage underneath. Rusted through spots, broken parts, and needed repairs badly.I drove back up there in a heat and confronted them, expecting a difficult time.The owner met me, inspected the vehicle, apologized and explained, and guaranteed that he would make it right. And he did.They kept my vehicle for 3 days and fully combed through everything. Repairs were free, and it was in good shape when I got it back from them.My first instinct was to rate them poorly for having this issue in the first place. But I could tell that these are honest folks who are doing their best, especially if you point out a mistake. And that earns my business every time.”
“Referred to fridley auto body by an insurance company. There was damage to my rear quarter panel and bumper after my civic was parked and struck by another vehicle. The shop got me in for an inspection and repairs immediately which was awesome. They quoted a week for service and they delivered, also helped get me booked for a rental which was very helpful. Chris was there every step of the way and communicated with me and the insurance company which took a lot off my plate. Highly recommend this body shop.”
“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”
“Been taking my car here for over a decade. I've always felt they've been honest with me about what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. My most recent experience involved having my 17 year old car towed in when the fuel pump died. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. Chase was great, and kept me updated all along the way. I've also had great experiences with James and Steve in the past as well. When I went to pick up my car, an elderly woman was inquiring about the car wash in the same building. While it's an entirely seperate business from Victory, James offered to walk her over there and help her get set up with the car wash/detailing folks. He totally didn't need to do that, but he did because these folks at Victory are good people. This is why my husband and I keep coming back... everyone is kind, honest, dependable, and goes above and beyond.”
“They took care of my wheels and mounted them with the dot matching the valve stem without me asking. No damage to my wheels and they have amazing pricing. They gained themselves a new customer (me) will be returning for future services for mounting my track wheels. Rachel the service advisor did an excellent job of giving me pricing along with a correct time frame for when my wheels would be done. 5 stars for her and the shop techs who did the services and went beyond expectations. Definitely would recommend this place over discount tire!”
