My husband took off work to wait ALL day for someone to come set up our internet. They said they would be here anywhere from 8am-5pm. Guess what? No one showed up. No call, no text, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t buy anything from this garbage company.

Lowest could give. Charging me 500 for no idea what?? 800 number keep disconnecting my call. Fake address in Chisholm mn. Warning dont use them!

The absolute worst connection and customer service I have ever experienced. They don't care about customer issues at all and will let a small business go without internet than to actually help them. Avoid CenturyLink at all costs.
