My daughter and I met with Ethan to straighten out problems with the android phones that my husband and I have. Ethan, together with Abby, was very professional and helpful with all the questions that we had. I was very impressed with their knowledge.

Ethan is a definite asset to Verizon. He explained everything to us (two seniors with limited computer skills) in language we could understand. Not to mention he was polite and made sure we were comfortable with what we purchased.

I entered the store seeking information and departed with not only a new cell phone but a new plan reducing my overall cost for service as well as reduced streaming costs.
Since I had a voluminous
amount of unnecessary information on my phone and did not remember recall a huge amount of
possible passwords; Mel was knowledgeable enough to spend considerable time in straightening my account. In addition, Mel provided me up to date passwords to help me contact my current providers.
I am impressed with Mel's expertise and friendly demeanor.

We met with Abby and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Going from android to apple was a challenge but she simplified it for us and worked us through the phone calmly, Professionally and nicely. When it came time to pick out accessories, she did not try to oversell. Would highly recommend!

Abigail S was amazing to work with. We were out of town on vacation and our sons phone stopped responding. She was so patient and helpful! She laid out many options for us and listened and helped with my 10000 questions on why, how and how much! She got us more than just 1 (much needed phone) for the budget we expected to spend. We are super happy customers. I'd drive 2 hours out of my way just to deal with her again. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ?!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Melissa P. from the Chisago Lakes,MN Verizon location.
She set me up with my first watch phone, iPad, and upgraded my iPhone, and Wi-Fi for my motor home while I’m traveling around the United States!
I feel so comfortable now that I will be able to stay connected.
