If I call and he misses my call I get one right back within a half hour give or take. If there's a job he can't do or won't do he tells me straight up he can't or won't. Also I can call and ask for a quote over the phone and everytime he's had no problem with that because he knows I'm a car guy too and if I'm bringing something to him I most likely already know what's wrong with it. “I had an oil change at TGK- Chisago City today. It was my first visit and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car service/repair shop in the past 58 years. From the courteous service at the front desk to the actual work done everything was excellent. I also really liked the customer report sent to me right after the work. It even had 8-10 photos of air filter, brake pads, and other things on my car. Very impressive and helpful!”
