“I just left the Forest Lake location when I came in for help with my Samsung Note 10+. Without warning yesterday everything displayed in a light grey scale and my senior citizen eyes could not figure why it did that or how to make it stop. I believe it was Nick that helped me figure out which button accidentally got pressed so if I do it again, I can fix it myself. Without his help, I know my non-techy self would still be trying to figure it out until my head exploded and I'd be forced to by a new phone. Thank you, Nick.
