Called to see if Lindgren tax services could file an extension for my taxes and the lady had a very rude TONE OF VOICE and was very short with me on the phone saying I would have to call back NEXT YEAR , REALLY?? ''NEXT YEAR''' because they are not excepting any new clients and then just hung up on me. Not very professional or very nice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOUNTING SEVICE TO ANYONE...

I would leave a minus 10 if i could.I have left SO MANY messages for them to call me. It took me 3 weeks to get ahold of them the 1st time. They made a mistake on my taxes and now after dropping off the irs paperwork they aren't calling me or returning my phone calls. I guess my next option is a lawyer?

Cory has been excellent to deal with - knows the tax laws, reasonably priced, easily explained the new (2018) laws and how it impacted my taxes. His office is “digital†and I could easily exchange files without stopping by.
