If I call and he misses my call I get one right back within a half hour give or take. If there's a job he can't do or won't do he tells me straight up he can't or won't. Also I can call and ask for a quote over the phone and everytime he's had no problem with that because he knows I'm a car guy too and if I'm bringing something to him I most likely already know what's wrong with it. “Connor and Kaleb are excellent. Went in for an oil change, left with tires full, lights checked, windows cleaned, and new oil. I also had a check engine light on and Connor scanned the code and told me how to fix the problem. Always speedy, friendly service. Will continue to get my oil changed here.”
“He is a one man operation. So don't expect miracles on him getting back to you. He works hard and your best bet is to call him narrow down a week and bring it in and have a back up car. He does great work and is reasonable prices. He knows his stuff. If your not impatient and you want a good deal this is they guy.”

“I had an oil change at TGK- Chisago City today. It was my first visit and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car service/repair shop in the past 58 years. From the courteous service at the front desk to the actual work done everything was excellent. I also really liked the customer report sent to me right after the work. It even had 8-10 photos of air filter, brake pads, and other things on my car. Very impressive and helpful!”
